RHE Systematic Heating Far Infrared High Tech Floor Heating System
“Floor heating based on the wisdom of our ancestors”
Flooring heating systems used to be significantly incorporated in our ancestors’ lives. They used to lie down on heated floors to warm their bodies. Our ancestors would even cover themselves with blankets to sweat when they felt exhaustion, pain, or tingling. As Western culture has penetrated into our lives, this kind of traditional floor heating culture has been slowly disappearing. This is why TJ Corporation has launched the RHE Systematic Heating Far Infrared High Tech Floor Heating System. RHE systematic heating is the fruit of our 20 years of joint development efforts with Japan, involving several years of trial and error.
When the temperature of a heating element made of a mixture of conductive carbon and resin rises, the distance between the conductive carbons grows due to thermal expansion. This results in an increase of self-resistance as well as decrease of caloric value. On the other hand, if the caloric value decreases, then the distance between conductive carbons shortens and the electric resistance decreases, resulting in an increase of caloric value.
This phenomenon is referred to as the self-control function. This operation is continuously performed to maintain a constant temperature with minimum energy consumption, resulting in economic heating.
Outstanding in delivering heat directly and instantaneously through radiation, which produces long wavelength thermal effects.
Easily absorbed into the human body compared to visible light.
Radiates over 8 to 14 microns of strong wavelength, which is beneficial to the human body.
Penetrates 40m/m to 50m/m deep into the skin, delivering thermal benefits to all cells.
Produces thermal benefits within a short period of time.
The radiation heat of far infrared light suppresses the occurrence of mold or bacterial virus in the air.
